Updating your email and password
Changing Your Password
You can update your WeFile password at any time via the Profile Settings page. You will need to provide your current password to authorize the change.
Password Best Practices
Choose a strong, unique password to ensure your account remains secure. We strongly recommend using a passphrase (e.g., four random words) or a secure password manager to generate a long, complex password unique to WeFile.
Updating Your Email
To change your registered email address, you will need to verify the new address via a confirmation link sent to your inbox. This prevents accidental lockouts and unauthorised account takeovers.
Forgotten Passwords
If you forget your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen. We will send a secure, time-limited reset link to your registered email address.
