No. Your clients create accounts directly on your branded portal. They never see or interact with WeFile — everything is under your firm's identity.
Custom domains are not currently supported. Your portal is accessible via a dedicated link (e.g. wefile.co.uk/portal/your-firm) or can be embedded on your website using an iframe.
Yes. You can embed it as an iframe on your existing website for a seamless experience, or share the standalone portal URL (e.g. wefile.co.uk/portal/your-firm) directly with clients.
You can set up your own SMTP, customise the sender name and email, and edit email templates from your dashboard.
Your clients can file CT600 corporation tax returns to HMRC and annual accounts (including dormant accounts) to Companies House. CT600A and CT600E supplementary pages are supported; CT600B–D and CT600F–P supplementary pages are not supported.
After a client completes and pays for a filing, the relevant submissions are sent electronically to HMRC and Companies House. You can track their status in your partner dashboard; acceptance depends on each authority's response.
Yes. Filings are submitted electronically to HMRC and Companies House. Your clients receive confirmation once submissions are accepted.
Connect your Stripe account in the partner dashboard. When clients file, they pay you directly at prices you set. WeFile never touches client payments.
Yes. You have full control over what you charge your clients. Set per-filing prices in your partner dashboard and keep 100% of the revenue collected through your Stripe account.
Absolutely. Each portal has complete data isolation. Your clients' data is only visible to you and your team — never shared across portals or with other partners.
Yes. All white label partners receive priority email and in-app ticket support. We also provide onboarding assistance to help you get the most out of your portal.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your partner dashboard. Your portal remains active until the end of the billing period.
