The fastest way to get help is by submitting a Support Ticket directly from your WeFile dashboard. This automatically links your query to your account securely. Alternatively, you can use the general Contact form on our public website.
What to Include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include as much detail as possible. Mention the specific step of the wizard you are on, any exact error messages displayed on screen, and your company name. However, for security reasons, NEVER include passwords or full gateway credentials in your message.
Response Times and Escalation
We aim to respond to all technical support queries within 24 hours during standard UK business days. If your issue involves a critical platform bug preventing a deadline submission, our triage system will automatically escalate it to our engineering team.
