Membership vs Pay-Per-Filing
While WeFile offers a flexible pay-per-filing model for single submissions, we also provide a comprehensive Membership subscription. This subscription is designed for users managing multiple companies or seeking an elevated level of service and convenience.
Benefits of Membership
As a member, you can file up to 100 companies during your 12-month membership period without paying per submission. This covers both full CT600 returns and dormant accounts. If you reach the 100-filing limit early, your membership will expire and you can re-subscribe at any time. Members also gain access to exclusive features designed to save time.
Priority Support
Members are placed at the front of the queue for technical support. Your tickets are automatically flagged as high priority, ensuring faster resolution times from our dedicated UK-based support team.
Auto-Submission
A key feature of membership is auto-submission. Once you complete the wizard and approve the final calculations, WeFile can automatically queue and transmit your filing without requiring manual intervention or separate payment processing at checkout.
How to Subscribe
You can upgrade to a Membership plan at any time from your dashboard or profile settings. We offer both monthly and annual billing options, with the annual plan providing a significant discount over the monthly rate.
Managing Your Subscription
Your subscription details, including upcoming renewal dates and billing history, are easily accessible in the 'Billing' section of your profile. Invoices for your membership fees are stored securely alongside your filing receipts.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time. There are no lock-in contracts or hidden cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the standard pay-per-filing model.
