Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data ('right to be forgotten'). We fully support this right and process deletion requests promptly.
How to Request Deletion
You can initiate an account deletion request by opening a support ticket from your dashboard. Our team will verify your identity before proceeding to ensure no malicious deletions occur.
Data Retention
Upon deletion, your personal profile data and unfiled financial inputs will be permanently removed. However, we are legally required to retain basic transactional records (such as paid invoices) for up to 7 years to comply with HMRC accounting laws. Submitted filings are also immutable and cannot be recalled from the government.
