Per-Filing Pricing
Our pricing model remains consistent regardless of how many companies you manage. You simply pay the flat fee per successful submission for each individual company. There are no portfolio management fees or per-seat licenses.
Centralised Billing
All invoices for all your companies are centralised within your single WeFile account. This makes it incredibly easy to track your total filing expenses across your entire portfolio without logging in and out of different accounts.
Workflow Tips
When managing multiple companies, ensure you review the billing details before checkout to ensure you are expensing the filing fee to the correct company's card. The invoices will always specify which entity the filing belonged to.
Bulk Discounts
For high-volume users, our annual Membership plan (£250/year) covers up to 100 company filings — often the most cost-effective option for managing a larger portfolio.
